Ambassadors Summit Team Visits LSSTF CEO, Dr. Ayo Ogunsan; Strengthens Partnership for 2026 Edition
LAGOS, NIGERIA — The leadership of the Joshua Oyeniyi International (JOI) Foundation, organizers of the prestigious Ambassadors Summit, paid a high-level courtesy visit to the Executive Secretary/CEO of the Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF), Dr. Ayo Ogunsan, at the Fund’s headquarters in Lagos.
The delegation, led by the Convener and President of the Foundation, Dr. Joshua Oyeniyi—who notably represented Nigeria at the 2015 Global GSEA Awards in Washington DC—visited to formally congratulate Dr. Ogunsan on his appointment to lead the critical security institution. The visit also served as a platform to appreciate the CEO’s decade-long commitment to youth development and to solidify a strategic partnership ahead of the 8th edition of the National Youth Summit.
During the visit, Dr. Oyeniyi lauded Dr. Ogunsan as a pillar of support, noting that his contributions have been instrumental in fostering innovation among Nigerian youth. In a significant moment of the visit, the group presented Dr. Ogunsan with a “Lifetime Guardian and Excellence Award” plaque and a “Certificate of National Youth Development,” honoring his consistent mentorship and advocacy.
Accompanying the Convener were key members of the Summit’s leadership: Dr. Emetu ‘Cosmic’ Kalu (Project Manager and CEO, MacVersity Group); Mr. Oluwatobi Kolapo (Manager of Volunteerism and CEO, Titobiloba Consults); Mr. Emmanuel Nwoye (Head of Strategic Engagement and Technical Designs, BEREA Real Estate); and Mr. Chosen Onyegbula (Assistant Project Manager).
Responding to the gesture, Dr. Ayo Ogunsan expressed his gratitude to the JOI Ambassadors Summit team for their visit and well-wishes. He commended the Foundation for its tenacity in nation-building and its impact on the entrepreneurial landscape over the years. Reaffirming his dedication to the cause, Dr. Ogunsan officially pledged his support toward the 2026 edition of the Summit, which is scheduled to hold in Lagos in a few months.
